Moonstone or Adular as it is also called

As old as the moon itself, the woman and moonstone hold the power of mystery.

The moon represents a strong feminine energy, the rhythm of time and cycles. Each phase of the moon has its own meaning.

The moon is that a goddess and represents a mother, she represents the psyche, wisdom, instinct, birth, death, shadow, regeneration, mystery, feelings, balance and passivity.

Feminine energy is a passive energy. Because the moon rules over the tides of the oceans and seas, it will also rule over the waters within us.

The element of Water identifies most with our emotions and so the Moon rules over our emotions and our subconscious mind. What we often see on the surface does not reflect what is going on underneath, nor does it reveal its depths. The moon reflects inner knowledge and its phases are like the states of man on earth. And knowing the energies of the Moon is the first step on the path to learning how these powerful energies can be harnessed in our lives.

We can use the knowledge of the phases of the Moon to reflect on ourselves and our own needs.

I have chosen to describe here the Moon and its influence on us, because we will also be able to use the Moonstone to our advantage depending on the phases of the moon.

These lunar cycles are similar to that of seeds. Seeds grow into a plant, then flower and then die.

New Moon : Symbolizes new beginnings.

This is the beneficial time to start new projects, new phases and changes in your life. This is where we plant the seeds of our new beginnings and gather our thoughts and plan for the month ahead.

Because of that and its stone, the Moonstone is called the "stone of new beginnings".

Growing Moon: Symbolic of growth, manifestation, achievement, gravity with the child both philosophically and literally. Here we think about what is the purpose of planting those seeds, whether they are thoughts, projects, etc. What are our intentions, we write them down if necessary and keep them in mind. By putting them down on paper, we enhance subconscious learning and programming. In general, I recommend that you write down everything that you feel resonates with you to more easily integrate that information on a subconscious level. Also here, on the growing moon, as is popularly known, this is the recommended period to cut our hair. It will grow much faster if it is cut on the growing Moon.

Full Moon : Symbolic of the height of power, the peak of clarity, fullness and the attainment of desire.

The moon amplifies all that we are, amplifies our thoughts and emotions. That's why whoever loves, wants the full moon. He who meditates, wants the moon full Who's a little crazy, doesn't want the full moon.

Waning Moon: it symbolizes the moment of release, surrender, quiet time, contemplation and incubation time.
