SC Lollidot SRL - website lollidot.com and lollidot.ro elaborates this return regulation adopted on 07/01/2020.

RETURN AND REFUND Regulations for lollidot.com and lollidot.ro in brief:

- All products can be returned within 14 days starting with the date of receipt of the parcel

- The return is possible only and only if the initially purchased product shows the quality it had at the time it was purchased. - The products made to order, as well as those to which changes were made at the customer's request, can only be returned if they do not meet the compliance conditions.

- In case of damage to the package or the products during transport, you must notify us within 24 hours from the moment you take possession of the products.

- The cost for the RETURN is borne by the BUYER

- The BUYER has the OBLIGATION to send the package with a courier that allows the package to be sent with opening upon receipt. If the product shows visible lack of conformity, damage, signs of wear, it will be refused in front of the carrier, and if these were not visible when the package was picked up, it will be returned!

- The return of the money for the returned products is made in the case of fulfilling the return conditions by the Buyer within a maximum of 2 working days from the date of receipt of the package by bank transfer, and it cannot exceed more than 10 working days.

- The EXCHANGE of the product can be done with a new order, due to the availability of the desired new product. Company details:

This regulation is drawn up in compliance with the following legal provisions, namely:

1. Law no. 449/2003, regarding the sale of products and their associated guarantees

2. O.U.G. no. 34/2014, regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.

In the case of distance contracts, the professional is obliged to provide the consumer with the right of withdrawal, which can be exercised within a period of 14 days.

Return regulations for products purchased from the lollidot.com and lollidot.ro online stores

1. Returning the product in exchange for its value The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 14 days without penalties and without citing any reason, the exercise of this right starts from the date of receipt of the products by the buyer.

2. The return, under the unilateral termination of the distance contract, is possible only and only if the initially purchased product has the same conformity qualities that it had at the time it was purchased by the Consumer / Buyer.

3. The return charges for shipping the product, from the Buyer to the Seller, will be borne by the Consumer / Buyer.

4. The buyer has the obligation to comply with the following conditions that will be checked by the seller at the time of reception:

- The products must not be damaged due to unauthorized handling actions, other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the products by the Consumer;

- The Consumer / Buyer is obliged to notify within 24 hours from the moment of taking possession of the product if they do not present the mandatory conforming characteristics from the day of sale, the presence of which was confirmed by the Consumer by not sending a notification.

5. The products must be accompanied by: the product purchase invoice and, as the case may be, the related warranty certificate;

6. The consumer is responsible for diminishing the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

7. Products made to order, as well as those to which modifications were made at the customer's request, can only be returned if they do not meet the compliance conditions. 2.

Making the return.

1. In order to make the return, the Consumer has the obligation to choose a courier that allows the package to be sent with opening upon receipt. When the product shows visible lack of conformity, it will be refused in front of the carrier. If they are seized later and have technical defects that were not visible when the parcel was picked up, it will be returned to the sender, indicating the reasons why it is not accepted by the Professional.

2.The consumer must send the Professional and, at the same time, attach the following essential information regarding the shipment made:

- number, date and series of the invoice issued as a result of the purchase of the product in question and the invoice is attached;

- the identification data of the carrier he opted for, as well as the tracking number with the date of the transport document related to the shipment.

4. SC Lollidot SRL does not accept returns with taxes or refund!

5. SC Lollidot SRL does not assume any responsibility for parcels sent by Consumers through postal or fast courier services, for the purpose of making the return, which did not reach their destination or, as the case may be, arrived damaged.

6. To the extent that the necessary conditions for making and, implicitly, ordering the return are met, the Professional reimburses the Consumer for the value of the purchased good within a period that cannot exceed 10 working days.

7. It is allowed to return products purchased from the online store www.lollidot.com and www.lollidot.ro, in exchange for other products that will be purchased from the same store with a new order.

It takes effect starting today, 01.07.2020, the date of adoption.
