DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS

FREE - for all orders paid by card through POSTA ROMANA - Collection must be done by you, personally, from POSTA (the post office you belong to) and is issued on the basis of your Identity Card/Bulletin.

We also chose this delivery option because we do not want to add other costs to your orders and have a free delivery method available. These costs are borne by us and all you have to do is pick up the parcel personally from the Post Office.

This option is not available for payments by RAMBURS .

All products in stock, except those with preorder or made to order (made to order) will be delivered in 1-2 working days from placing the order, for all orders received until 2 p.m., Romanian time.

Pre-orders and made to order products are delivered in approximately 7-20 days (the delivery period is confirmed by phone or email)

Free shipping on all orders over 200 lei by courier.

We use several couriers to deliver the parcels. It differs depending on the correct delivery address of the Buyer.

(Sameday, Cargus, Fan Courier, DPD)

If you have products from several lollidot partners in your order, the products will be delivered to you independently, by each partner.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Free shipping for return or exchange (**for products sold and delivered by Lollidot, if the request is sent by email to lollidotro@gmail.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The products can be returned within the legal term of 14 days. (after the first 24 hours after receiving the product, the cost of transport being borne by the customer)

Returned or exchanged products must NOT show signs of wear. If they show signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange and to send the product back to the customer or to withhold an amount of money equivalent to the repair of the product and or its cleaning.
